My visit to the hotel was aimed at enjoying a relaxing getaway. I was pleased with every aspect of my stay, but the outdoor swimming pool truly stood out. It provided a serene environment with stunning views, enhancing my overall experience. The manager demonstrated remarkable flexibility regarding a deposit misunderstanding, and both the manager and front desk staff were exceptionally attentive. Such hospitality contributes significantly to a memorable stay. I left with a sense of great satisfaction and deep gratitude for the excellent service offered.
